More and more, young and old are turning to TikTok.

In a matter of a few years, TikTok transformed from a platform to find trending dances and songs to a true educational medium that rivals YouTube and even Google itself.

Since real estate and mortgage finance are some of the most complex topics anywhere, it's no surprise people are learning about it on the social media platform. Luckily for these learners, there are amazingly talented homebuying and homeownership educators emerging across TikTok.

We compiled a list of 50 of the most influential TikTok real estate and mortgage professionals and included a little about them, and a helpful video from their channel. Enjoy!

1. Glennda Baker – @glenndabaker


Oh my stars, Atlanta-based Glennda Baker is an ambassador for the American dream! Or so says her TikTok page, and if that doesn’t make you want to tune in then I don’t know what will. 

Glennda Baker is one of the top real estate agents in Atlanta, with decades of experience, and just short of a million followers. She even calls herself one of the most recognizable faces and voices in realty—and we believe her!

She’s killing it across most forms of social media available with her infectious enthusiasm and sweet southern accent. She uses her experience to offer insights into the ever-changing market and gives guidance and advice to investors and buyers.

Located in the Steel City of Pittsburgh, PA, Jen Crouse is a “top-notch” realtor, who shows followers the everyday reality of her job. New York-based agent Madison Sutton is proof of the power of TikTok for real estate agents and how leveraging the platform for your real estate business can generate clients like never before. In an interview with CNN, she revealed that 100% of her business today comes from TikTok. 

Go ahead and read that last sentence again. If you’re in a hot market like New York City, there’s no reason that you can’t also see your commission double with a little bit of effort into your channel. 

Madison focuses her videos on what she calls “hidden treasure apartments,” in the city and has praised the app for how it’s allowed her to come up in her field during a tumultuous time—the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. 

Look to Madison’s channel for guidance on conducting walkthroughs and open houses via TikTok and let the platform do the work for you. 21-year-old Stefanie Kebede is a real estate agent and investor, and her channel is a treasure trove of education on everything from cold calling to fix-and-flipping to tips for first-time homebuyers

Stefanie is a great example of someone who loves what they do and you can see it on her channel. She chose to become a real estate agent instead of finishing college and often injects her personal experiences and advice to other young people into her videos.

Cash Jordan is another great example of how your realty business can be done entirely online—and thrive! Cash turned to TikTok (and YouTube) during the pandemic as many realtors did and now has more than half a million followers. 

Cash is a self-appointed expert on apartments in New York City, where he does most of his deals. If you’re looking to rent an apartment in NYC, Cash’s channel is the place to go! He shows apartments available for a variety of budgets, from tiny apartments to hidden gems. 

If you’re a realtor looking to get your TikTok off the ground, follow Cash’s lead. He keeps it simple, letting the apartments do the work for him while staying personable and even trustworthy. He regularly posts about red flags that renters should look out for when apartment hunting.

21. Eli Jones - @itselijones


Another channel for real estate photography is photographer Eli Jones. Especially for those trying to learn about photography and marketing for real estate on a budget. Eli offers an hour-long workshop for free on his website, as well as a free “grab bag” of photography cheat sheets, hacks, and gear recommendations.

If you’re looking for motivation to set up and stick with your own business, Eli is a great example. He goes over all of his best business advice for marketing and making money from photography in the real estate industry.

Whether you’re a homeowner, renter, or agent who frequently has to stage their properties, you’ll appreciate Liz Lovery’s DIY channel for tips and inspiration. Homeowners and flippers will also enjoy her renovation videos documenting her own journey with a fixer-upper.

We don’t think you have to have million-dollar properties to be successful on TikTok or as an agency.
